Specialist Consultants in Project Management & Prime Property Maintenance

Louisa Richter von Morgenstern has always had a love of property, construction and architectural and interior design, combined with a sharp eye for detail, an ‘everything is possible’ attitude and a practical hands-on approach. That makes her the perfect project manager for prime and super-prime residential and commercial building projects.

Louisa also specialises in the restoration and care of historic landmark buildings and her portfolio includes the beautiful Lutyens designed Maison Assouline on Piccadilly and some of London and the South East’s finest private residences.

Louisa Richter von Morgenstern, m squared Founder

Louisa studied building surveying at Kingston University and founded the project management company, RVM, in 2001. She has since become highly regarded for specialist project management and building project advice.

Louisa is known for her diplomacy and exceptional drive when it comes to protecting her clients’ interests and looking after their homes and properties. Her skills make her an excellent troubleshooter, frequently called upon to rescue projects that have not gone quite to plan. Having a hands-on, tenacious and team-orientated approach, Louisa is one of the most respected project managers in the south of England. Her extensive experience in working with listed buildings, as well as her technical expertise, means that she has a depth and breadth of knowledge not normally associated with the care and upkeep of beautiful buildings.

When maintaining heritage buildings, for example, comprehensive knowledge of what building fabric will be protected under the heritage status is essential. Expertise in construction and detailed knowledge of the performance of buildings is also fundamental, as is knowledge of how to properly care for specialist finishes such as hand painted or embroidered silk wall coverings.

Having nowhere to turn to on the completion of their projects, it was in fact Louisa’s clients who persuaded her to plan and manage the ongoing maintenance of their homes and commercial buildings. After 18 months of research and development, m squared was created.

In 2019 m squared and RVM merged to bring residential and commercial project management and maintenance management together under the m squared brand.
